Once the availability of the products you have selected is checked, the shipments are made within 24 hours from the day of your order, and will be sent by General Post, for the fastest delivery, to you, at your place (in 1 to 2 days respectively with the area you are in & in all remote areas up to 5 days).
Orders placed throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday. You can be informed by e-mail about the progress of your order.
Rarely there may be a delay in the order, which can last from 24 to 72 hours and due to peak periods (eg 10 days of offers, discounts, etc.), or additional product control. The hours and the reasons are indicative regarding a possible delay of the order.
Deliveries of products on Saturday are made with an additional charge of the customer € 10.00, and if requested during the order.

5) Return / Change / Replacement
a) All products purchased through the website www.stratosstores.gr can be returned for replacement / change with a larger or smaller number or change / replacement in the selection of the product, if there are available stocks. The store, in addition, reserves the right to follow a refund policy.

You will not be charged a refund for the First Shift. In any other case, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs (amounting to 5 euros per change procedure). In case the customer wants to make a change for the second consecutive time in the same product, he will be charged with the return and shipping costs, which will total 5 euros. b) Returned products must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice in order to adequately protect the inner packaging.
c) All shoes must be tested on a carpet to prevent damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents received by the customer upon receipt.
The new product that the customer will choose for the change, will be sent after receiving the original product and if the store has checked that the above conditions are met. It is reminded that the product must be in its original condition (not used and not damaged).
d) Changes will be accepted provided that the customer will inform the store within 14 days of receipt of the product.

6) Refund
The refund policy is followed in the following cases:
* The product must be in its original packaging that was at the time of receipt by the customer.
* The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered any damage or other defects.

7) Incorrect shipment
